Cancellations

 You can cancel your order only before it has been Processed. Once the shipment is Processed, it can be returned in some circumstances but not cancelled.

 

Your order can be cancelled by ToolsTrader under any of the following circumstances:

Incorrect or incomplete information regarding the order address (street number, landmark, etc.)
Incorrect product specification mentioned on toolstrader.in
If the area falls under “non-serviceable zone” or “out of delivery area”, as specified by our logistics courier partner
In case of suspected fraudulent information
In exceptional cases, if a product runs “out of stock”, the product will be cancelled.

 Return Policy

 ToolsTrader is happy to serve customer and fulfill their requirements. If customer receives any product which fulfills the below mentioned criterion is eligible for return / exchange,

customer is eligible for return / exchange:

 Product is used/altered/Defective product.

Physical / in-transit damage to the product.

Branded product received seal opened.

Empty packet/some items or accessories are missing.

    Significant difference found in ToolsTrader website as comparison to product.

    Wrong item sent.

 

Returning a Product

 There are 2 ways to return your order:

As per the availability of our logistics partner, we will send a courier personnel to get the product picked up from your location within 2-3 business daysIn some cases where we cannot provide return service, the customer needs to send the product to us at the “from” address, as mentioned on the delivered package, through India Post only. Once we receive the product, we will reverse the courier charges.

 Once the product is sent, the customer needs to share the courier slip (if applicable) along with the following bank details at traderstools53@gmail.com

 

Account number

Account holder’s name (Same as registered with toolstrader.in)

    IFSC Code

 On receiving the product, our team will conduct a thorough quality check, which usually takes up to 2 days. If our quality inspection team finds any discrepancy, we will re-ship the product to the customer. In such a scenario, the customer will have to bear the courier charges for re-shipment to receive the product. No courier charges for sending the product will be reimbursed.

Refunds / Returns shall NOT be allowed in the following cases :

 

In Case of Faulty product, customer need to contact nearest Brand’s service centre for repair / replacement.

    “No longer needed”.

If the Product is damaged by the customer, in any manner as may be determined by ToolsTrader at its sole discretion.

Customer tried to handle the industrial product and unable to use it which promotes any tear/damage.

In case where price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories, box are missing.

If Product has been used by the customer.

Made to Product (on demand) will not be returned.

 

Guidelines for Return/Exchange:

For Products purchased on ToolsTrader, in the event the customer has any concern with the Product, the customer shall raise Return/Exchange request within 24 Hours of product delivery. In case product is damaged or wrong item has been sent, raise the request within 24 hours of product Delivery at traderstools53@gmail.com.

Customer must share video with Customer care team while opening the package in case of Missing item(s) in Package/Quantity issue. Customer must share photographs (Exterior image of the box from all sides, Interior image with packaging, damaged product image, image of the shipping label) with Customer care team in case of damaged or wrong product (Videography will be highly appreciated) within 24 hours of delivery.

In case of Industrial goods return will be accepted only in case of wrong, damaged product. In Case of Faulty electronics product, customer need to contact nearest service centre for repair / replacement.

All products must be in new and unopened condition with all the original packing, tags, inbox literature, warranty/ guarantee card, freebies and accessories including keys, straps and locks intact.
